3/4/2006Prince George Meets Sotheby’s International Realty

Like minds make good company.

Phillip Lammonds and Carol Jayroe, partners in the real estate business previously known as Prince George Premier Properties, have purchased a franchise from Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates, Inc. Established in 1997, their company is probably best known as the marketing and sales firm for Prince George River and Prince George Ocean. Now doing business as Prince George Sotheby’s International Realty, the firm has expanded its focus to include waterfront acreage and luxury properties in regions stretching from Myrtle Beach to Charleston.. The “new” company has the distinction of being SC’s first Sotheby’s franchise.

The Sotheby’s network offers exceptional properties in a range of locations, prices and distinctive styles and has a strong reputation among the world's most discerning buyers. Prince George is honored and excited about the new affiliation. “Carol and I saw this move as a unique opportunity to position ourselves with one of the industry’s most respected firms,” said Phillip Lammonds. "The combination of our regional expertise and Sotheby’s international status and market reach can only enhance our capacity to serve our clients better and more efficiently."

Michael R. Good, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, Inc., had this to say about the recent development: “This affiliation is consistent with our goal of aligning our prestigious name with luxury brokerages in leading markets. We are honored that Phillip Lammonds, Carol Jayroe and their team of dedicated real estate professionals will build their future with us.”

“We offer properties that are amazing in scope and natural beauty,” remarked Carol Jayroe. “This affiliation will strengthen our efforts to increase our exposure and enhance all of our client relationships.” If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to call the Sales Office at 843-237-7711 or visit the website at princegeorgesir.com.
