Sotheby’s International Realty® Affiliates Unite in Boca Raton

Sotheby’s International Realty brokers, sales agents and corporate staff met in Boca Raton, Fla., for the 3rd Annual Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event.  Held at the Boca Raton Resort & Club from May 19 to 22, the event provided a unique opportunity for Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates to create valuable networking relationships designed to help build their businesses and drive new leads to their listings.

Attendees heard updates from key brand, Realogy and auction house leaders. Mike Good, president and chief executive officer, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, LLC, gave a comprehensive brand update and outlined plans for the future.  Key highlights were featured speakers Suze Orman, America’s most recognized expert on personal finance; Dan Clark, an internationally recognized speaker, songwriter and recording artist and chief executive officer, Clark Success Systems, a management, consulting, publishing and entertainment corporation; and Dr. Roch Parayre, senior partner and scenario planning expert, Decision Strategies International Inc.

Attendees also had the opportunity to participate in a series of break-out sessions designed to help them become more successful and learn how to better utilize the brand’s resources. Topics included digital marketing, strategies for new home sales success, online advertising and exposure, local marketing, recruiting and retention and international real estate. Steve McCallion, creative director, Ziba Brand Consultancy, conducted a breakout session on how companies can create meaningful ideas, designs and experiences that deepen their messages. Attendees of this session participated in Ziba’s first research efforts for the brand, helping to direct the future strategic vision. George Ballantyne, senior vice president, distinguished markets, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, also conducted sessions on differentiation and pricing strategies.
