Prince George
Just south of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, the unique Price George community stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Waccamaw River (Intracoastal Waterway) and offers a variety of estate home sites for those who value privacy and exceptional natural beauty. Of 1,899 total acres 1,282 are held in trust by the University of South Carolina Development Foundation and have been preserved in a natural and unspoiled state. The remaining 617 acres have been set aside for the responsible development of 150 home sites, ranging from one to fifteen acres.
The Prince George River Clubhouse located on the Intracoastal Waterway serves as a cozy setting for intimate get-togethers. Equipped with a kitchen and massive fireplace, the clubhouse features beautiful views of the community's riverwalk and the river beyond.
An exceptionally well-designed marina, reserved exclusively for Prince George River owners, offers private boat slips on the Intracoastal Waterway. The marina also features a day dock for Prince George Ocean owners.
